Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the 2026 timeframe and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum AI, Biotech convergence) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic product concepts.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate shifts in the global tech ecosystem.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
- Oversee the allocation of resources for R&D projects with long-term horizons.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong understanding of the technological landscape projected for the year 2026.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Sustainable Tech is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
