- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance product offerings.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, next-gen ML) to identify viable opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering and strategy team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in for major initiatives.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the transition to secure, scalable cloud architectures and robust cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, R&D, or strategic consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, big data, and cloud-native architectures.
