Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in rapid innovation sprints
- Analyze emerging market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation mindset across the organization
- Measure KPIs for technology adoption and strategic initiative ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive technologies with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing strategic investments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI, Google Quantum) preferred
