Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading successful tech transformation initiatives ($10M+ budgets)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or major conferences
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
