Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging tech solutions, managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to de-risk adoption.
- Develop a comprehensive technology vision that positions Apex Innovations as an industry leader.
- Advocate for innovation culture and mentor junior strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful technology roadmaps on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
