Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate tech risks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategy
- Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy)
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
