Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech) and provide actionable insights
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present vision and roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate breakthrough solutions
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching successful tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech concepts into market value
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
