What You'll Do
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the conceptualization and execution of technical strategies for the 2026 product lifecycle, aligning business goals with cutting-edge technology.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Autonomous Systems) to determine their viability for integration.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and complex computational loads.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable roadmaps for engineering teams and executive leadership.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and deployment to ensure longevity and maintainability of our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Product Strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and Cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think several years ahead, with a portfolio demonstrating long-term technical planning.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), and their deployment challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in mentoring teams and driving technical culture.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends and their business implications.
