Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum) leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, or EU Horizon Europe programs
