- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic acquisition or partnership
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and adoption impact
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with P&L responsibility
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5-year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Successful track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (CTIM) preferred
