Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interaction models
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for emerging tech ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis and forecasting
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, biotech, quantum systems, or immersive tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
