- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Analyze quantum computing and biotech convergence opportunities for market expansion
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation ROI across all business units
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR ecosystems
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
