Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives
- Drive cross-functional prototyping of breakthrough solutions
- Establish ethical governance protocols for future tech deployment
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
