Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech integration) and assess their viability for Nexus Horizon.
- Identify gaps in current infrastructure and propose strategic initiatives to bridge them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Predict market trends and technological shifts to inform long-term product strategy.
- Manage a budget for innovation pilots and R&D exploration.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ years).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Blockchain, or Next-Gen Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire diverse teams.
