Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech vision with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive trends early.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for innovative technology investments.
- Design frameworks for evaluating the feasibility and ROI of high-risk, high-reward tech initiatives.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure seamless 2026 compatibility.
- Mentor a team of innovation engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and IoT.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term planning.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
