Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive, actionable strategic roadmap that outlines key milestones, technology adoption, and business growth targets for the year 2026.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends, competitor strategies, and macroeconomic shifts to inform strategic decisions.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) that align with our long-term goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-suite and board of directors, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Resource Allocation: Work with operations to ensure necessary resources are allocated to achieve the 2026 strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term (5+ years out) and translate abstract concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and future technology landscapes, including SaaS, Cloud Computing, and AI integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
