Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, prioritizing emerging fields like quantum AI, bio-integrated interfaces, and climate-positive systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and tech startups for collaborative innovation
- Present technology strategies and investment proposals to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks and sustainability protocols for next-generation technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
