As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies that will redefine our industry by 2026. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological investments with long-term business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous innovation across our global teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, etc.) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and global tech ecosystems
- Create future scenario models and competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions
- Develop and execute technology adoption frameworks that balance innovation with operational scalability
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and cultivate an organizational culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of successfully implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning, future forecasting, and competitive technology analysis
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CIO, CDIO) preferred
