Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities
- Create competitive intelligence reports on future tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation initiatives and pilot programs
- Build partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market disruption
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation a plus
