Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology strategy incorporating quantum, AI, and biotech advancements
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Develop KPIs to measure technology adoption and market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and manage an external innovation network including startups and research labs
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven business transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investment committees
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
