Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on future tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation initiatives and track progress against strategic goals
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes affecting technology adoption
- Manage innovation portfolio budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy, or emerging tech specializations)
