Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into customer solutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech disruption opportunities
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for next-generation technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent research experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Strong network with academic institutions and tech innovation hubs
- Certified in Technology Futures Planning (TFP) or equivalent
