Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct ROI analysis and risk assessment for futuristic technology investments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for pilot programs of next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future adoption
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, CTO) preferred
