Responsibilities

- Develop and present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for evaluating emerging tech ROI and risk mitigation

- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis and budget allocation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
