- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track implementation success metrics
- Coordinate with global R&D hubs to align technology adoption across 12 markets
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech impacts and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum/biotech solutions at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology adoption frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Strong network with academic institutions and national labs
