Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators to capture early-stage innovations
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leader in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
