Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market impact through 2026+
- Develop and execute the company's technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities in future tech domains
- Present technology foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating cutting-edge solutions into core business processes
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, research institutions, and venture capitalists
- Lead workshops and hackathons to incubate prototype solutions for future challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, IoT)
- Experience with scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology innovation initiatives or thought leadership publications
