- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with market disruption potential

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems

Qualifications
