Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives through 2026
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across product development lifecycle
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateNext as an industry visionary
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
