Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology roadmapping for 2026+ innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Architect strategic frameworks integrating emerging technologies into enterprise-scale solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts with measurable ROI
- Develop future-focused governance policies for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present technology impact assessments to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and market teams
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AR/VR ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building technology roadmaps with 5+ year vision horizons
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
