- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with industry-transforming potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven milestone tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale AI or quantum initiatives
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects preferred
