- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strategic consulting or corporate innovation experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
