Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives for emerging tech adoption across global markets
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Develop implementation roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present technology foresight reports to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ technological milestones
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
