Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive innovations (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, keynotes)
