- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth targets
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead cross-functional future-tech task forces
- Present strategic recommendations to board and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams and budgets
