Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across global markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of disruptive technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and manage partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends with specific knowledge of 2026+ innovation vectors
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic frameworks for technology adoption (mandatory)
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Innovation Management highly valued
