Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor groups
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
