Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product architectures
- Produce horizon-scanning reports with actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and pilot proof-of-concepts for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in transforming futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in product development lifecycle
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
