- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams in tech environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
