Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-quantum cryptography algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record architecting systems with 10M+ concurrent user capacity
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) and AI Governance
- Experience with neuro-interfaces and brain-computer integration protocols
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs for sustainable tech development
