Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2026 horizon) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for next-gen technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Portfolio of technology strategy projects or publications
