Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on the future of technology
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/computer science preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and innovation networks
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
