Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 market potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products (minimum 2 successful exits)
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
