Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into existing products/services
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with technology innovators, startups, and research institutions
- Oversee the technology innovation portfolio, ensuring ROI and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in high-growth tech companies or venture capital
