Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, biotech convergence) and assess market viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology evolution
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Mentor junior technologists on future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong network with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
