Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for pilot programs
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling innovative solutions from concept to market launch
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
