- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, quantum AI, neurointerfaces) for strategic viability
- Present to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven KPIs
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM)
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience advising governments on technology policy (e.g., EU AI Act)
