Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technological foresight into corporate strategy
- Build and lead cross-functional teams for prototype development and pilot programs

Qualifications
