Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month precision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biocomputing) for integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict outcomes
- Experience scaling technology ecosystems across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact on multi-billion dollar initiatives
