Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in future-tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience with patent strategy and IP valuation
